Christina Roberson was born and raised primarily in Jacksonville and graduated from University Christian School. Christina has worked with various attorneys and mediators in the family law arena throughout her career. Christina joined the Porter Law Firm at its Jacksonville Beach office as a family law paralegal to Nicole M. Carlucci in 2021. Christina has now taken on the role of Firm Administrator, and she is excited for the new challenge. Christina has two adult sons, and in her spare time, she enjoys traveling and riding her motorcycle.
Amanda grew up in New Mexico and spent a few years in Augusta before finding her way to Jacksonville, where she has been executing brand strategies for 9 years. She completed her undergraduate studies in Communications & Journalism in 2008 and earned her MBA in 2013. Amanda worked as an outside consultant for Attorney Jason Porter for two years before joining his team full-time and founding in-house agency, Jason Porter Media in 2019. Outside of work, you are likely to find Amanda in her garden or spending time with her husband and son.
Dani Morrell, CP, FRP
After earning her B.A. in political science with a criminal justice minor and taking time off to focus on her family, Dani decided to return to school and completed the paralegal program at FSCJ. She began working at The Law Offices of Jason K.S. Porter, P.A, in 2015, received her national paralegal certification in July of 2016, and became a Florida Registered Paralegal in August of 2018. Dani is currently the personal injury paralegal but has assisted with family law and criminal defense within the office.
Louise Roussin, FRP
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Louise graduated in four years from Jones College with a Legal Secretarial Diploma, a Bachelor of Science in Data Processing and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management. She is a Florida Registered Paralegal with over 30 years of legal experience working in family law as well as real estate law, personal injury, utility law, probate, and guardianship. Louise is married with two adult sons and enjoys Star Trek, going to Disney World and scrapbooking.
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Ashley has worked in the service industry up until she graduated from Florida State College at Jacksonville with an Associates of Science in Paralegal Studies in August of 2022. She is now working towards her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at FSCJ as well. Since graduating, she has worked in Family Law where she enjoys helping people through what can be a very difficult time in their lives. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys cooking, gardening, and naps on the couch.
Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Danielle Cave worked in animal care for 10 years prior to entering the legal field. She then practiced family law at the firm from 2016 to 2019 before leaving Jacksonville to move to the Tampa Bay area. There, Danielle got married and started her own family. Between 2019 and 2021, Danielle worked in construction defect law, then practiced personal injury before returning to the firm in 2022 to practice family law. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and 2 dogs, and going scuba diving.
As the firm’s Legal Assistant, Darlene has held numerous responsibilities and has helped run the firm since 2002. Before joining The Law Offices of Jason K.S. Porter, P.A., Darlene worked as a Hearing Officer at the Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles, Bureau of Administrative Reviews. Having worked with Attorney Jason Porter for over 17 years, Darlene enjoys helping clients who have put their cases, trust, and lives in the firm’s hands. Darlene is the Secretary of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators as well as being on the board.
After serving in the Navy for 20 years, Jackie retired in 2006. She worked in retail for nine years before joining The Law Offices of Jason K.S. Porter, P.A. Jackie is an incredibly hard worker with a passion for helping others.
Hildy Morgan was born in Gainesville, FL. She later attended and graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. During her tenure at UNF, Hildy completed an internship with Animal Care and Protective Services and later served as a Practice Manager for a vet clinic for two years. For nearly ten years, she has been practicing pre-litigation personal injury matters. When she is not in the office, Hildy can be found spending time with her husband, son Gunner, and three cats, watching crime documentaries, cooking, or cheering on her beloved Florida Gators.
At the age of 10, Rachel Tavarez arrived in Florida from the Dominican Republic. Over the ensuing years, she’s lived in Tampa and Orlando, before going to school and ultimately settling down here in Jacksonville. Rachel spent time studying psychology at Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) and she continues to enjoy reading. Ultimately though, what Rachel loves most of all, is being able to spend time with her daughter.
