With a positive FDLE determination, the court may approve your petition for expungement.

From that point on the public may not access your record. Public officials on checking the record will only see a note saying there has been an expungement. Upon expungement you will no longer have to worry about colleges, employers and loan companies checking your criminal record. You can answer "no" with confidence and legality.
